Would INCHsurance Ever Be A Concept?

I have always been one to adore the heck out of puns. Many times, I think of the pun “inchsurance”. I know that most times, property and possessions are more than likely insured as a whole item, but I wonder if something that I think of as a pun would ever happen. Will people one day insure “inches” of property? That’s probably most likely if there are older pieces or portions of property, or those close to large trees that could fall, if the trees are not taken down before they have the chance to fall. I doubt people will ever insure all but one or two inches of a car, as that seems wild!!
